Hello, My name is Brian Potts. I build one of a kind and very limited production furniture for the discriminating home owner. My furniture is hand crafted in my workshop located at Waterford, south of Brisbane.

I specialise in making tables that have an aged appearance that could place them back a hundred years or more.

I am very enthusiastic about designing and building pieces that will show off the natural colour, texture and the beauty of the timber I am using. My furniture is built using quality materials and old fashioned craftsmanship to insure a lifetime of use and enjoyment. Using different woods in combinations, inlays, hand rubbed finishes, natural colours and graceful lines are attributes I like to build into my pieces.

Where possible, I use salvaged timbers, mainly Oak, also special projects include using salvaged Parquet imported from Europe.

Even though I make a wide range of furniture I obtain great pleasure in making reproduction early English and French pieces as well as large ornate doors for use on enteries and wine cellars.

Brian Potts.
